Beijing CITVC Netempire Entertainment Co., Limited (“CNEC”) is one of the leading cartoon image product developers and distributors in China. It was formed in 2005 and is one of the joint venture companies under the CCTV-CITVC umbrella. CNEC is engaging into the introduction, design, development, commercialization and distribution of famous overseas and local cartoon image products in the PRC market.
