Location: Shanghai, China

　　The Director of Infrastructure Services – China is responsible for all IT operations within the region including:

　　Establish and maintaining the IT support structure consisting of people,

systems, and services to meet the regions IT requirements

　　Serve as primary liaison between the global IT group and the regional business

　　Working in conjunction with existing global teams and services the Director of Operations is directly responsible for the following services:

　　Externally facing (hosted) infrastructure

　　Internal user support

　　Telecommunications

　　Infrastructure operations

　　Data Center and Asset Management

　　Responsibilities:

　　•Build a strong, high-performance team

　　•Set and manage to approved objectives

　　•Manage 24X7, high availability service and support

　　•Participate in the global IT Technology Services and Operations leadership team

　　•Enforce operational policies and procedures and provide leadership in identifying and maintaining appropriate end-to-end service levels

　　•Manage end-user support including local helpdesk and desktop support teams

　　•Manage infrastructure support including: server; network; application; storage and data base services

　　•Work with existing global technology teams to identify and implement solutions to performance and availability problems

　　•Complete budget responsibility for regional IT team (personnel, hardware, software, maintenance, data center facilities)

　　•Monitor personnel performance, review service levels, and identify trends in capacity and incidents

　　Requirements :

　　•7-10 years experience in infrastructure operations including help desk, network operations, and data center management with 5 years experience in technical management

　　•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

　　•Experience working with globally distributed teams

　　•Broad IT background with focus on Hardware, Operating Systems, Networking and storage

　　•Significant experience in both Windows and Linux environments

　　•Negotiation, implementation and monitoring of service contracts with external providers

　　•Experience managing/coordinating projects in a highly technical operations environment

　　•Ability to mentor and grow junior staff members according to EA recognized methods and programs.

　　•Develop and monitor career development plans for all employees

　　•Must be self-motivated and be able to work both alone (with minimal supervision) and as part of a team

　　•Must be able to develop professional and personal relationships with co-workers and end-users

　　•Online game server architecture and operation experiences highly desirable.

　　•Experience with IT security in China highly desirable

　　•Excellent written and oral English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills

　　•Willingness to travel
