　　职位描述和应聘要求

　　目标：

　　负责Real游戏与各地区域运营商的合作运营工作，以提升各地本地化游戏产品的运营质量，增强游戏对用户的黏性为目标。

　　职责：

　　负责本地化游戏产品的日常运营，提高游戏对用户的黏性

　　制定区域运营的相关策略，平衡各区域的运营需求

　　协助各区域运营商的宣传及推广活动

　　负责本地化游戏的活动策划、组织和实施

　　汇总各地区域运营商的需求并及时与产品和技术部门进行沟通并制定计划

　　需要的经验及技能：

　　2年以上棋牌休闲游戏运营经验

　　有强烈责任心和在强压力下工作的能力

　　有较好的文字功底

　　熟练使用 Microsoft Office

　　学历需大专以上学历
