　　Responsibilities:

　　•Work with product team members to define the events for China casual online game market

　　•Manage a list of technical project for the game operation need

　　•Coordinate with third party developers to develop, integrate, maintain and enhance applications.

　　•Lead projects from start to finish including defining requirements, review the tech design.

　　•Postmodern new technical project in analyst report

　　•Interface with internal stakeholders to assure product strategies

　　Requirements:

　　•Able to find data to verify essential features for technical design and product

　　•Good interpersonal communication skills in Chinese and English

　　•Experience and understanding in all aspects of online technical design: planning, Development/IT communications

　　•Strong project management skills

　　•Good crisis management skills

　　•Can manage external (outsourced) teams and projects

　　•Proven track record in successful product positioning campaign

　　•Good presentation skills, ability to use visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Visio

　　•2+ year experiences in a game company

　　•May be required to travel.

　　Desirable Skills:

　　•Online game operation experiences

　　•Classical or computer art production experiences especially with art tools such as Photoshop

　　•Quality Assurance Experiences

　　•Ability to use project management tools such as MS Project.

　　•具备良好的中英文口语沟通能力。

　　•具备良好的项目管理技巧。

　　•具备危机处理能力。

　　•能够管理外包项目及其团队。

　　•具备良好的演讲能力，熟练使用软件如PowerPoint 和Visio。

　　•两年以上游戏公司任职经验。

　　•可能需要出差

　　具备以下条件优先考虑:

　　•有网络游戏运营相关经验。

　　•有传统或电脑绘画制作经验，熟悉绘画工具如Photoshop。

　　•有质量管理方面的经验。

　　•能够熟练使用项目管理软件如 MS Project。
