　　Responsibilities:

　　•Create the visual targets

　　•Maintain the look and feel of all art within the game.

　　•Uphold the visual integrity throughout the entire project ensuring consistency and highest quality.

　　•Articulate the creative direction of the game through the Design and Art of the product.

　　•Manage a handful of talented internal or external artists to meet and exceed user demands.

　　•Select the best artists internal or external.

　　•Represent the art teams' perspective on development issues,

　　•Professional development, tools requirements, etc.

　　Requirements:

　　•Prior experience as Art Director or Lead artist working on AAA titles

　　•An advanced understanding of Chinese gamers' visual need

　　•Articulate and persuasive

　　•Understanding of several 2D, 3D, and Web software packages

　　•Classical art training and drawing ability preferred

　　•Passionate about making and operating high quality online games.

　　•Solid communication and problem solving abilities

　　•Strong English verbal skills are desirable

　　•Eye for detail and experience by providing high quality art deliverables on time and on budget.

　　•Online web production experience is a plus

　　•Solid understanding of art and development practices

　　Experience directing projects that involves coordinating Marketing requests, external contractors and is strongly desired
