　　Location: Shanghai,China

　　Responsibilities:

　　•Overall responsible for the smooth functioning of Finance & Accounts departments in China.

　　•Ensure timely and complete monthly and quarterly reporting - for Region reporting as well as local management reporting requirements

　　•Management of working capital including Cash, AP and AR - to ensure improvement of the key KPIs

　　•Management of tax, audit and banking arrangements.

　　•Control General & Administration expenditure to be in line with budget and forecast, and compliance with Region Guidelines and procedures at all time. Preparation of annual Plan within schedule.

　　•Advise management on new projects and CAPEX investment.

　　•Working with senior Managers and key business owners to support them with any reporting needs, financial or non-financial.

　　Requirements :

　　•5-7 years working experience, post-graduation, with at least 2 year of managerial or supervisory

　　•Big 4 Accounting Firm for minimum 2 years (preferred)

　　•US GAPP knowledge an added advantage

　　•MNC experience in Finance & Accounting functions

　　•Hands-on experience for full set of accounts

　　•Direct dealing with Tax, Banks, Auditors

　　•Prior working experience in Shanghai, China, preferred - or, at least good working exposure for companies operating in China

　　•Basic accounting knowledge and IT skills eg Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, Word.

　　•Knowledge on Oracle Software and ESSBASE Hyperion will be a plus

　　•Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline

　　•Be independent and firm, at same time a team player

　　•Demonstrate managerial and leadership capability to lead

　　•Pro-active in liaising with the local senior managers, and Finance counterparts in other countries/ Region Office

　　•Pleasant personalities and interpersonal skills to work in the team, especially with some of the team members who are residing in other countries

　　•Hands-on with day-to-day operations

　　•Analytical in identifying areas for improvements for both accounting and operation/admin processes

　　•Able to read and speak English

　　Qualification:

　　•CPA or Bachelor of Finance and Accounting, as minimum qualification

　　•Professional Body Membership a plus
