　　Lead Technical Artist 技术美工主管

　　Location: Shanghai China

　　Responsibilities:

　　•Act as technical liaison between worldwide and Shanghai studios

　　•Setup and define art production environment based on studio partners' requirements

　　•Manage quality control and artistic vision per studio partners' specification

　　•Meet production schedule with on-time delivery and quality

　　•Train entry-level 3D artists on tools, techniques, pipeline and process

　　•Assist project managers to estimate schedule, identify risks and track progress

　　Requirements：

　　•Fluent in conversational Mandarin

　　•3+ years of art production knowledge on shipped titles across multiple platforms

　　•3+ years of working knowledge of Maya or Max

　　•Excellent 3D modeling & texturing skills

　　•Understand efficient techniques and hardware/software limitations

　　•Ability to lead production artists, give clear directions and maximize productivity

　　•Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff members and external studio partners

　　•Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality

　　•May require travel as needed

　　Desirable Skills:

　　•Ability to read / write Chinese

　　•Experience in leading a team of production artists with great rapport

　　•Efficient in following software packages

　　•PhotoShop

　　•Maya

　　•3D Studio MAX

　　•Illustrator

　　•Experience in 3D animation

　　•College degree in fine arts or computer science

　　Avid gamer
