　　Location: Shanghai,China

　　Responsibilities:

　　•Build and track major online game projects

　　•Working with producers and key project stake holders to define milestones and delivery date

　　•Manage weekly project status meetings

　　•Identify and trouble-shooting any project bottlenecks

　　•Establish a clear change management process

　　•Interface with internal stakeholders to assure product delivery on time and under budget

　　•Coordinate internal as well as external resources such as overseeing outsourcing contractors

　　•Work with Development studio and Producer to schedule localization deliverables and tools development

　　•Manage text translation and other outsourcing projects

　　•Recommend and design culturalization features for increased product growth into Chinese market

　　•Conduct localization reviews of product design; and advocates for required changes

　　•Provide localized audio recording support by coordinating all localization audio functions (hiring contractors, script translation, talent negotiation, recording studio selection)

　　•Participate in Production meetings

　　•Partner with the Development team to improving the overall localization process in line with studio objectives

　　•Maintain and update text database for multiple projects

　　•Fix text bugs

　　•Ensure localization bugs are fixed by development

　　•Coordinates the localization pipeline and build requests

　　•Ensures consistency with all text (i.e. guideline, legal strings) across all languages

　　•Ensures that all licensing approvals have been received for localized assets through Business Affairs and Territory legal contacts

　　•Gather, analyze, maintain, and distribute localized sales data

　　Requirements:

　　•Ability to gather realistic estimates on Operation, Engineering, Art, Design and QA for a game project

　　•Must be detail oriented and a self starter

　　•Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin English

　　•Ability to create and track project plans with minimal supervision

　　•Ability to handle crisis

　　•Proven track record in successful game related projects and seeing the project through from start to finish

　　•Good presentation and project management skills, ability to use visualization tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio

　　•1+ year experiences in a game company

　　•May be required to travel

　　Desirable Skills:

　　•Product management experiences

　　•Online game operation experiences

　　•Market research experiences

　　•Classical or computer art production experiences especially with art tools such as Photoshop, Maya, and Max

　　•Computer sciences or related background

　　•Professional Quality Assurance Experiences

　　•Gaming and / or sports knowledge for related products

　　•Second language would be considered an asset

　　•Ability to clearly communicate Localization Department goals and vision to all stakeholders

　　•Ability to track multiple projects and tasks and through this, understand critical paths and potential risks

　　•Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

　　•Great negotiating and diplomacy skills

　　•Maybe required to travel

　　•对产品本地化设计进行讨论评估，提出改良建议。

　　•与本地的音频制作资源协作，为游戏音频内容的本地化提供支持。(包括雇佣外包资源，录音文字的翻译，人力资源的磋商及录音棚的选定)。

　　•参与产品制作及运营团队的会议。

　　•与开发团队合作，在符合预期目标的前提下完善本地

　　•对多个项目的文字档案实施维护及更新。

　　•修改文字上的错误

　　•确保开发团队对产品本地化进程中所出现的错误进行及时修正。

　　•整理本地化进度的流程，建立任务与要求。

　　•确保译文在不同的语种环境中所表达意思的一致性及准确性(如纲领及法律用词)。

　　•确保所有本地化进程中所需的政府审批相关文件都是通过与事业部与法务部进行沟通获得的。

　　•本地化销售信息的收集、分析与整理。

　　条件要求:

　　•基于实际情况，有能力对游戏的运营、程序开发、美术设计及质量管理等项目进程实施预估及制定计划

　　•思维缜密，考虑周全，处理事务积极主动。

　　•良好的中英文沟通能力。

　　•在没有监管的情况下，能够自我建立及跟踪项目进度。

　　•危机处理能力。

　　•经历过一个以上完整的游戏项目的开发，并参与其全过程。

　　•具备优秀的演说及项目管理技巧。能够使用MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio等演示工具及管理工具

　　•一年以上游戏公司任职经验。

　　•可能需要出差.

　　具备以下条件优先考虑:

　　•产品管理经验。

　　•网络游戏运营经验。

　　•市场调查经验。

　　•有传统或电脑绘画制作经验，熟悉绘画工具如Photoshop, Maya, 和Max。

　　•电子计算机及相关专业背景。

　　•专业质量控制经验。

　　•了解相关产品的游戏性及/或体育项目的内容。

　　•懂第二外语(如韩国语)

　　•能够向领导者明确传达本地化部门的目标与远景。

　　•具备处理多个项目及任务的能力，并同时具有关键性阶段与及潜在风险的意识。

　　•有很强的主人翁精神及责任心。

　　•出色的谈判及交涉能力。

　　•可能需要出差。
