　　Responsibilities:

　　•Monitor and analyze key trends and development within the casual game business need

　　•Work closely with the production and marketing team in formulating, planning, and tracking product strategy. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of product definition for EA's casual game product including

　　•Monitor and analyze key trends and development within the casual game marketing space

　　•Under the guidance of the producer, determine product direction, and represent user need in internal discussion

　　•Generate in-depth product trend analysis

　　•Supply feedback on China product direction questions

　　Requirements :

　　•Have strong analytical skills to draw major product trend conclusion

　　•Have 5 years solid online game operation experiences and product management experience with a game product company

　　•Be a strategic thinker and has a strong understanding of online game market and user trend in China

　　•Be familiar with the casual game market

　　•Possess a can-do, entrepreneurial attitude with excellent communications and organizational skills

　　•Good presentation skills

　　•Excellent interpersonal communication skills

　　•University graduate with a degree in marketing or business management, ideally has an MBA

　　•帮助EA公司在中国建立及拓展

　　•与制作团队及市场团队紧密配合，对产品策略进行详细的制定、计划的执行及进度跟踪。同时，还要负责对EA所有休闲类网络游戏产品的所有相关方面进行准确的定义及说明。

　　•在休闲游戏市场环境中，对各项数据进行监控并能作出趋向分析。

　　•在制作人的指导下，从玩家的角度出发，经过内部讨论，对产品开发的方向作出相应的决策。

　　•对市场调查员及玩家问卷调查所提供的数据进行分析与报告。

　　•制作详细的产品市场趋向分析。

　　•为产品在中国的投放及运营所涉足的问题提供解决方案。

　　条件要求:

　　•具备优秀的市场分析能力，能够总结及预计产品在市场中的发展及其趋向。

　　•在大型游戏公司从事5年以上游戏产品方面的管理。

　　•具备决策制定的能力，精通中国网络游戏市场及其用户趋向。

　　•熟悉休闲类网络游戏市场。

　　•积极乐观，具备企业家的进取精神，优秀的沟通及组织能力。

　　•具备优秀的演说技巧。

　　•优秀的人际间沟通能力。

　　•市场营销或企业管理相关本科学历，具备MBA学历者优先考虑。
